A. Martini & Co. served as the General Contractor for St. John Vianney Manor retirement home on the campus of St. Paul Seminary in Crafton. This is the first renovation/expansion to the facility, since the third floor was added over 37 years ago. Construction included four residential suites, for a total of 35 in the home. A new, two story structure, connecting the existing building, which now houses the dining room, kitchen, two lounges, an exercise facility and nurse’s office. Suites were refurbished with walk-in showers, new windows, flooring and paint. The temperature of every suite can be controlled individually, thanks to an updated HVAC system. Additionally a new elevator was added to the facility.

After 11 months of construction, the $5M project was rededicated and blessed on December 11, 2017 by Bishop David Zubik.
