A. Martini & Co. constructed a new, two-story, building for Bank of America in the center of East Liberty, along Baum Boulevard. This 9,500sf structure houses a Bank of America retail branch on the bottom floor and corporate offices for Merrill Lynch on the second floor. The branch incorporates six private offices and a large gathering area in the center of the branch. Our team installed ATMs in both the lobby and in the back of the branch.
The $3.5M project was completed in 22 weeks and our team collaborated with Gensler on the design.
