A. Martini & Co. was selected to provide Construction Management services for a major addition and renovations to Indiana Regional Medical Center. Our team was hired six months prior to the construction start for extensive preconstruction input. Detailed budgets, on an open book basis, during very early schematics took place with extensive value engineering reviews. Regular team meetings are held to illustrate ongoing collaboration and to closely monitor the project schedule. Constructability reviews continued prior to and throughout the construction. This project is multi-phased to minimize interruption to ongoing hospital operations. Included in the scope of work are six operating rooms, 12 intensive care units, one elevator bank, a 15 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, extensive site work, parking lots, landscaping, and advanced medical technology installation.
