Current Openings:
Lead Estimator
Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Lead project estimates for bids, budgets and GMPs for projects ranging from $1million to $20million
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine requirements for estimate
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for material, labor, and equipment
- Create scopes of work for all trade disciplines
- Obtain and evaluate comparative subcontractor’s/vendors bids to ensure coverage and optimal value
- Maintain an accurate and current database of labor and material costs
- Attend pre-bid meetings and visit project sites to evaluate existing conditions
- Develop and maintain industry relationships through networking and participating in industry events
