A. Martini & Co was selected to work with CBRE and RareMed Solutions to build out their Pittsburgh headquarters. After completing the original space, we were selected to return to build out the 8,000sq.ft. expansion portion which included open and closed office spaces, training rooms, a break room, new conference room and restrooms. The first floor build out of the office space includes their 10,100sqft. specialty pharmacy – this space required supplemental services, including a separate generator to protect the precision of the climate controls and electrical services for the space. The remainder of the RareMed office includes open and closed offices, state-of-the-art conference rooms, and a kitchen with an eat in the dining area. A. Martini & Co was also hired by CBRE to complete the remainder of the first floor of 200 Industry Drive which included multiple restrooms, corridors, a fitness center, an expanded dining area and kitchen as well as a multistory grand main lobby.
