At A. Martini We Always Act Safely

At A. Martini & Co., safety is our number one priority. The projects we build involve risk, so we don’t take chances. It is our duty to ensure that our team members and those that may be working in and around our jobsites, make it home safely each night. It’s a guarantee that requires careful planning, effective training, employee engagement and empowerment, and good communication. We emphasize this, because simply, it’s the right thing to do.

Similarly, we recognize that we are an extension of our clients in the view of the public and any neighbors to our project sites. Our Safety Committee has developed and implemented policies and procedures designed to increase the safety awareness of everyone associated with our construction projects. Our team keeps safety at the forefront by attending safety related seminars, taking part in OSHA’s 10 & 30-Hour Safety Training Programs and communicating safety with their supervisors and executives during regular jobsite tours.

Our project specific safety plans are developed for each project and include feedback from the client to address any concerns they may have prior to work starting. Subcontractors hold their own weekly safety meetings and site supervisors are required to attend A. Martini & Co.’s weekly safety meetings to ensure that site specific safety concerns are communicated to all members of the project team. Having a strong commitment to conducting all of our operations in the safest manner possible, A. Martini & Co. promotes a pledge to safety beginning with our principals and throughout all levels of the organization.
