Mollie Martini
Project Manager
In her role as a Project Manager, Mollie Martini works with the project team to create the schedule, administer subcontractor agreements, and track daily on-site logs with the Superintendent. She is proficient when it comes to project reporting, managing project budgets, and maintaining contract administration. Upon award of a project, Mollie analyzes the bids and compiles information, relevant to each bid package and provides feedback to the subcontractors. Mollie begins the fourth generation of the Martini family, since A. Martini & Co.’s incorporation in 1951.
