Our team built this 23,600sf fit-out of a modern, rent-for-use, office space for Industrious Pittsburgh. The scope of work entailed demolition of the existing space, total build-out of 100 office spaces, accommodating one to four people in them. 80 percent of the project partitions for these office spaces were glazed openings to allow for unique lines of sight throughout the space. This is especially unique on the exterior offices where the phenomenal views of Pittsburgh are visual from the 31st floor space. Additionally, our team added a large co-habitating space as you enter off the elevator lobby, conference rooms, huddle/phone rooms, kitchen areas, and restroom upgrades. This project was 13 week construction schedule. Our team worked closely with CBRE, IA Interior Architects out of town staff and Highwoods Properties to deliver this project for the the new Pittsburgh brand.
