Autodesk, along with their Owners Representative, Jones Lang LaSalle, selected A. Martini & Co.’s team to build their 13,772sf office space in Bakery Square. The project is targeting LEED Gold CI with LEED Administration and Enhanced Commissioning by A. Martini, NEXT Architecture and CJL Engineering. While keeping the LEED Gold certification requirements at the forefront of the project, A. Martini will build two managers offices, five conference rooms, a training room, copy and print areas, kitchen/break room, a wellness center, reception area, as well as an open floor plan with work stations to utilize natural lighting in the space.

They are relocating their office from RIDC Park in O’Hara Township to the new Bakery Square 2 building in East Liberty. Construction is scheduled to begin this month and be completed at the end of Q1 2016.
