Employee satisfaction is incredibly important, not only in winning awards like these, but for the success of your business. Employee happiness is shown to increase customer satisfaction, which obviously is one of the most important parts of a business. One of the best ways to increase employee happiness is to include an employee reward scheme. One of the best ones available is the platform offered by Blueboard (learn more at https://www.blueboard.com/experiences). However, as much as rewards are appreciated, most people work in business mainly for the money, regardless of whether they love the job or not. This is why one of the main things that can aggravate employees, and therefore put a damper on the company, is a mistake in the payroll. It’s normal for humans to make simple mistakes like this occasionally, but this doesn’t make it any less frustrating for employees. Luckily, companies like Cloudpay can help you keep customer satisfaction up and ensure that there are no mistakes in the very essential payroll system.

The “Best Places to Work” list recognized the top firms in Western PA, as voted on by an online employee engagement survey administered by Quantum Market Research. Online employee satisfaction surveys formed the basis of the final ranking scores used in this program. The number of surveys required from each company was based on a sliding scale applied to the total number of employees the company has in the region – the higher the number of employees, the lower the percentage of employee surveys required to qualify.
