A. Martini & Co. cast for Vanguard Movie Theater Project
A. Martini & Co. was selected for the construction of the 11,800sf Vanguard Village Theater project. The independent movie theater, located in the heart of the Sewickley business district, will have two film screening rooms, a community room and concession area.
The Village Theater Company’s mission for this theater is to promote and share appreciation of the arts and encourage exploration of timely topics through film, multimedia, and educational programming. Designed by BSHM Architects, work on this project will begin this summer.
Riverview Children’s Center – Excited to Grow
A. Martini & Co is pleased to announce that we have been selected as the CM/GC for the expansion and renovation of this Verona based Center. Located only a short walk from the A. Martini & Co. corporate offices, this lovely children’s center is embarking on an exciting project. Extensive preconstruction services, in collaboration with the Center’s staff and the architect, David Lowry of Riverside Architecture, has begun.
The New Mediterranean Restaurant Coming to Market Square
A. Martini & Co was selected as the CM/GC for the new fine dining restaurant scheduled to open this summer in Market Square. This Greek inspired restaurant is located on the lower level and first floor of 6 PPG Plaza. Poros will have 8,500 square feet with 2 kitchens and patio seating. The original base building curtain wall will be replaced by full height operable windows that will allow for indoor/outdoor seating weather permitting.
